I am a twenty-something gal living in Central Pennsylvania aspiring to have my own edible garden. Follow me thru my trials and tribulations as I journey from seed to harvest.

You are so Funny! I am in month “3” and I feel like I’ve swallowed more than I can digest. I love looking at it, filling and spreading holes with seeds, watching the seedlings, but I hate, did I say. HATE……. The weeeeeeedddddddding part. I live in moe beal (mobile) AL. Not moe bile or moe bull(lol). Sometimes “bull” is rampant. I am discovering—-squirrel– new found hatred for them (dig huge holes and eat your seeds). Opposoms bore holes on the underside of canteloupes. Birds eat your strawberries before you do! I am seeing a different side to those farmer stories and Mr. McGregor in the Peter Cottontail saga isn’t so bad. Hopefully, your cabbage worm trials will help me this fall. Thank you for the pictures. I’d post but don’t know how to upload.

Weeding is tough! It never ends lol But it’s best to do weekly or else it just gets away from you. I’m glad you’re enjoying the read! Good luck with the garden and keeping those critters out!
